Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Production Engineers to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will support the production of Current Transformers (CT) and Potential Transformers (PT), ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely production while following company safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing daily production activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.
- Supervise shop-floor operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with quality, testing, stores, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow.
- Maintain production records, reports, and work orders.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards in the production area.
- Identify production issues and report them to senior engineers for timely resolution.
- Learn and implement manufacturing processes related to CT/PT transformers.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and production documentation is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CT/PT transformers or electrical equipment manufacturing.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts.
- Basic awareness of ISO quality systems and workplace safety practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
