The Role
We are seeking a highly driven, impeccably polished Goa Head to spearhead both
Operations and Business Development. In this hybrid leadership role, you will be the face of
Doorstep 24 to premium clients—from high-net-worth villa owners to prominent Homeowner
Associations (HOAs)—while simultaneously running a tight, highly disciplined operational
ship on the back end.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
Drive B2C market penetration by presenting our community maintenance and premium
service solutions to HOAs, builders, and Airbnb Superhosts across Goa.
Act as a consultative partner to luxury property owners, ensuring their asset maintenance
needs are met with absolute precision and professionalism.
Transition gated communities onto the Doorstep 24 app platform, converting initial HOA
management usage into a steady stream of paid retail service bookings.
Operational Excellence & Systems
Enforce rigorous, structured operational frameworks, deploying detailed SOPs tailored
specifically for high-end residential environments.
Utilize daily reporting tools and comprehensive dashboards to maintain complete
transparency over field staff movements, productivity, and service efficiency.
Execute strict quality audit checklists. Maintain a flawless service rating by personally
intervening and auditing crews to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
Team Leadership & Performance
Bridge the gap between luxury client expectations and on-the-ground execution by
training blue-collar staff in "white-glove" service standards, punctuality, and presentation.
Drive performance-driven management using highly attractive staff incentive models,
ensuring field teams are motivated to upsell services and maintain high performance
Oversee daily deployments, resolving bottlenecks in real-time, and stepping in directly
when the situation demands it.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
