Roles & responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure smooth material flow to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer delivery timelines.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve efficiency and reduce handling time.
2. Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS/ERP systems.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, damages, and shortages.
3. Manpower Management
- Prepare manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workload allocation.
- Drive productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
4. Safety, Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and audit standards.
- Enforce workplace safety norms, PPE usage, and safe material handling practices.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards across the warehouse.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters, contractors, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Liaise with procurement, production, customer service, and finance teams.
- Handle customer audits, inspections, and issue resolution.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for GRN, dispatch, invoicing support, and returns.
- Prepare MIS reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on risks and improvement plans.
7. Technology & Systems Management
- Drive effective usage of WMS, barcoding, RFID, and automation tools.
- Support system enhancements, data accuracy, and process standardization.
- Train teams on system usage and SOP compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a warehouse operations Preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operation Management
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems.
- Effective communication and excellent inter personal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy.
- Exposure to manpower handling, reporting, and operational planning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
