At Yoga Bar, we're on a mission to make healthy eating ridiculously delicious. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can be the bridge between Yoga Bar and our Modern Trade partners. What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact between Yoga Bar and the assigned Modern Trade account.
- Coordinate with the retailer's buying, replenishment, and operations teams on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely order processing, replenishment, and issue resolution.
- Track purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and payment-related queries.
- Monitor stock availability and work closely with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Coordinate product listings, new SKU launches, and promotional activities.
- Share regular sales, inventory, and business performance reports with internal stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues related to supply, deliveries, pricing, and system discrepancies.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at the retailer's end.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Accounts, Sales Operations, or Customer Service within FMCG.
- Experience working with Modern Trade retailers such as Reliance Retail, D-Mart, SPAR, Lulu, Metro, or similar is preferred.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of order management, inventory, and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work from the customer's office whenever required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
