Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Assisstant electrition Trainer to deliver skill-based training projects. The trainer will be responsible for imparting practical and theoretical knowledge related to solar panel installation, maintenance, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on solar PV system installation and maintenance
- Deliver both classroom and hands-on practical training
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
- Ensure trainees understand safety protocols and industry standards
- Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records
- Support assessments, certifications, and placement activities
- Coordinate with project team for smooth execution of training programs
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in solar panel installation or training
- Good knowledge of solar PV systems, tools, and safety practices
- Prior experience in skill development projects (PMKVY/CSR) preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
