Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops and implements infrastructure and platform environments, often creating proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align cloud strategies with organizational goals is also a key part of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to maintain high availability and performance.
- Document architecture designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in cloud platform tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and test proof of architecture for cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating cloud and non-cloud environments.
- Skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting of cloud applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
