We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and generate quality business leads.
Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing all digital marketing activities, including social media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation campaigns, content planning, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and a proven track record of generating quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries in coordination with the sales team.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
Lead Generation & Analytics
- Generate qualified residential and commercial interior design leads.
- Monitor lead quality, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and campaign performance.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Track website traffic, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to improve lead conversion rates.
Branding & Marketing
- Support online branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external vendors when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Home Improvement, or Construction industries.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience handling high-budget lead generation campaigns.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
