We are looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD 2D Architect to support the planning and execution of luxury residential developments.
Job Summary
We are seeking an AutoCAD 2D Architect with strong drafting skills and experience in preparing architectural working drawings for residential projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of producing accurate drawings while coordinating with architects, interior designers, and project teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Architecture, B.Arch, or an equivalent qualification in Architecture.
- 2–3 years of experience in architectural drafting and working drawings.
Required Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (2D) – Advanced proficiency
- SketchUp (Preferred)
- Revit (Basic knowledge is an advantage)
- MS Office
- Understanding of architectural construction drawings and detailing
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate architectural 2D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop construction drawings and documentation based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and MEP teams to incorporate design updates.
- Revise drawings based on design reviews, site inputs, and client feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and applicable building regulations.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the project team during design development and execution.
- Work on luxury residential, villa, and farmhouse projects from concept to completion.
