About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and business operations team. The role involves managing commercial documentation, client onboarding, contract and PO tracking, payment follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage commercial documents (quotations, proposals, invoices, etc.)
- Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and client documentation
- Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding process
- Track contracts, renewals, and purchase orders
- Follow up on payments and resolve invoice-related queries
- Act as a point of contact for client coordination and communication
- Maintain sales databases and generate periodic reports
- Support sales team with daily operational and administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or client coordination
- Strong knowledge of quotations, POs, contracts, and invoicing
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email handling
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
Pay: ₹14,772.75 - ₹40,000.00 per month
