Job Description
AppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
- Build and manage email automation workflows and drip campaigns.
- Target and engage clients in the USA, Malaysia, and Dubai markets.
- Perform audience segmentation and campaign personalization.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain email database hygiene and ensure high deliverability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead nurturing initiatives.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT Services, Cloud, or Technology Marketing is preferred.
