Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor who can manage on-site activities, coordinate with labor and vendors, and ensure smooth execution of work as per plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site work (civil + interior execution)
- Manage and coordinate with labor, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions
- Track daily progress and report updates to project manager
- Check quality of work and maintain site standards
- Handle material delivery, usage, and basic stock tracking
- Ensure site safety and discipline
- Solve basic on-site issues and escalate when required
Required Skills
- Strong on-site execution knowledge (civil/interiors)
- Ability to handle labor and manage teams
- Basic understanding of drawings (AutoCAD reading)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and responsibility mindset
- Time management and discipline
Experience & Qualification
- 2–5 years of site supervision experience
- Diploma / ITI / Relevant practical experience preferred
- Experience in interior projects is a plus
