About Know Your Careers
Know Your Careers (KYC) is a DIC-BHU and IIT Kanpur-backed startup, recognized by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), dedicated to bridging the gap between students and career opportunities and developing innovation ecosystems in schools. We work closely with schools, educators, industry experts, and institutions to make quality career guidance accessible to students across India.
Position
- Business Development Associate (Founder's Office)
- Mode: Remote
- Duration: 3 Months
- Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to schools via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Present Know Your Careers and its initiatives to school representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and administrators.
- Schedule meetings between interested schools and the leadership team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture partnerships.
- Maintain accurate outreach records and update the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication.
- Represent Know Your Careers professionally in every interaction.
