We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets. BDEs typically focus on prospecting, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing deals to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Languages
English, Hindi, and Tamil or English, Telugu, and Tamil or English, Malayalam, and Tamil
Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
