We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend customers politely
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks on time
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction during dining
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Prior experience in hotel/restaurant service preferred
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
