Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team for our Bangalore projects, including both plotted developments and villa communities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales and a strong ability to convert qualified leads into closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads provided by the company
- Make prompt calls and maintain consistent follow-ups on a daily basis
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects (plots & villas)
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Maintain a structured lead tracking and follow-up system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and closures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal closure
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of honesty, commitment, and professionalism
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (mandatory)
