Job Description: 1. Delivery & Operations Management
- Oversee delivery governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal stakeholders commitments
- Supporting the Ent BI Operations and ensuring the SLA’s are met within defined timelines
- Work closely with SI Partners and cross-functional teams to define SLAs, measure success metrics, and deliver business-aligned insights.
- Handling internal team members and SI Partners
- Ensure the enhancements and strategic projects are delivered timely
Maintain compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards across all analytics solutions

2. Solution Architecture & Engineering
- Manage scalable, secure BI and data platforms leveraging Microsoft technologies - Azure Synapse, ADLS Gen2 and Spark.
- Ensured best practicers are followed in ETL/ELT frameworks, semantic models, and performance-optimized data layers for analytical consumption.
3. Business Intelligence & Data Analysis
- Support the BI Reporting & Analytics function, enabling delivery of interactive, self-service dashboards and KPI scorecards across departments.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to translate analytical needs into data models, visuals, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Promote data literacy and self-service adoption through training, usage analytics, and continuous feedback loops.
Leverage advanced analytics and AI-powered features (e.g., CoPilot in Power BI, cognitive search, and natural-language querying) to make analytics more intuitive and predictive.

4. CXO & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align analytics strategy with business priorities and Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Ensure stakeholder buy-in for enterprise data initiatives and foster collaboration across functions

5. Innovation & Emerging Technology
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in data, BI, and GenAI, particularly in Microsoft Synapse, Databricks Lakehouse, CoPilot for BI, and Agentic AI architectures.
- Drive continuous modernization through internal hackathons, accelerator programs, and cross-functional innovation initiatives.
