Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will manage customer enquiries, generate sales and rental orders, build referral relationships with healthcare professionals, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly rental and sales targets.
- Develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, physiotherapists, nursing agencies, rehabilitation centres, and corporate clients.
- Conduct field visits to generate referrals and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, operations, and finance teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, hospital, insurance, or retail sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving ability.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM).
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and digital tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
