Position Summary
The Global Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy for Alliedstar's IOS portfolio, driving brand awareness, market adoption, customer engagement, and commercial success worldwide.
This role leads global marketing initiatives across downstream product marketing, brand management, digital marketing, customer experience, market intelligence, clinical training & education funnels, and commercialization. The position partners closely with Product Management, Regional Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Global Communications teams to strengthen Alliedstar's position as a leading provider of digital dentistry solutions.
The role is responsible for ensuring consistent global brand positioning, successful downstream execution of product launches, impactful customer engagement programs, and effective go-to-market strategies across all regions tailored to both Independent Practices, Labs, Universities and Corporate clients
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy & Commercialization

Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for the Alliedstar IOS portfolio aligned with business growth objectives.

Define and evolve the global brand positioning, value proposition, messaging architecture, and competitive differentiation of Alliedstar IOS solutions.

Lead global commercialization strategies and go-to-market plans for new product introductions and portfolio enhancements.

Partner with Product Management to translate product innovation into compelling customer-centric marketing programs.

Drive customer adoption and market penetration through targeted marketing initiatives and demand-generation activities.
Brand Management & Market Positioning

Own and manage the Alliedstar global brand identity, ensuring consistency across all markets, channels, and customer touchpoints.

Develop global campaigns that increase brand awareness, consideration, and customer engagement.

Establish global messaging frameworks and marketing standards for regional adaptation and execution ensuring modular agility for regional commercial hubs.

Ensure alignment between corporate branding, product branding, and customer experience initiatives.
Product Marketing & Launch Excellence

Lead product launch planning and execution in partnership with Product Management and regional teams with an unyielding focus on downstream sales enablement

Develop product positioning, customer segmentation, value propositions, and messaging strategies.

Create global launch toolkits, marketing assets, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content.

Monitor launch performance and continuously optimize commercialization strategies.
Clinical Training & Education (T&E) Integration

Lead and manage the global clinical applications training and continuing education network.

Transform clinical education from an administrative/event silo into a high-yield lead-generation and customer retention engine.

Design training programs that actively build clinical confidence, change user habits, and directly combat clinician resistance to digital dentistry workflows.

Establish clear metrics linking training program milestones and completions directly to subsequent device utilization and software consumption data.
Customer Insights & Market Intelligence

Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs, buying behaviors, competitive dynamics, and emerging industry trends.

Generate actionable customer and market insights to inform product, portfolio, and marketing decisions.

Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to strengthen Alliedstar's competitive position.

Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

Develop global digital marketing strategies across websites, social media, marketing automation, content marketing, webinars, events, and lead-generation programs.

Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Leverage marketing technology platforms and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.

Monitor and optimize marketing performance through defined KPIs and ROI measurements.
Regional Marketing Partnership

Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure effective execution of global campaigns and local market adaptation.

Provide strategic guidance, tools, content, and best practices to support regional growth initiatives.

Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Dental Technology, or related field

MBA or advanced degree preferred

Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within medical devices, dental technology, healthcare, or related industries

Proven success in global brand management, product marketing, and commercialization

Experience leading global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of digital technologies in healthcare or adjacent technologies preferred
