Job Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing. The candidate will work closely with the team on marketing activities while also assisting customers with basic queries and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Assist with social media management, scheduling, and engagement.
- Support content creation for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in preparing email campaigns and newsletters.
- Monitor basic campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- Provide basic information and assistance to customers regarding products/services.
- Follow up with customers and maintain proper communication.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries or concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
