Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Diploma Mechanical Engineer to support manufacturing, maintenance, production, quality, and project-related activities. The candidate will assist in equipment operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Support production and manufacturing operations to achieve targets.
- Conduct inspections and maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in inventory management of spare parts and tools.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machines, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workshop practices.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience
- Freshers: Eligible for Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) roles.
