Position: MARKETING MANAGER
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (LED LIGHT/ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY)
Salary: 50k to 80k

Head Office: Noida Sec 63.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for LED lighting products.
- Plan marketing campaigns targeting dealers, distributors, electrical contractors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads, improve enquiry conversion, and expand market presence.
- Conduct competitor analysis, monitor pricing trends, evaluate market demand, and strengthen product positioning.
- Design and implement dealer and distributor onboarding support programs.
- Develop dealer incentive schemes, distributor promotions, loyalty programs, and sales support campaigns.
- Plan branding materials including dealer boards, product catalogues, brochures, display units, and promotional kits.
- Prepare region-wise marketing budgets and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Track ROI for dealer and distributor marketing activities.
- · Manage social media campaigns, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and digital brand promotion.
- Manage digital marketing agencies and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, dealer meets, distributor conferences, and electrician engagement programs.
- Develop marketing collateral including technical catalogues, brochures, datasheets, price lists, and promotional materials.
- Prepare annual and quarterly marketing budgets for management approval.
