Job Summary
The Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating with consultants, developing construction drawings, and supporting project execution from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and working drawings.
- Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and design standards.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and design documentation.
- Review drawings before construction.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of architectural experience.
- Experience in residential or commercial projects preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Salary Range- 30000 to 35000 per month
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
