Field Marketing & Sales ManagerPosition Overview
Mangla Enterprises is looking for an energetic and performance-driven Field Marketing & Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in the sanitaryware and hardware market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the retailer network, driving sales growth, building lasting customer relationships, and increasing product visibility across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to sanitaryware and hardware retail outlets to promote and generate demand for company products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify potential business opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
- Ensure effective product placement, branding, and visibility at retail locations.
- Educate retailers on product specifications, pricing structures, promotional offers, and ongoing schemes.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Support the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the sanitaryware, hardware, pipes, fittings, or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of CPVC, PVC, and related plumbing products will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Graduation is preferred; however, candidates with relevant industry experience will also be considered.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
