About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage and coordinate market research projects across different stages of execution. The candidate will be responsible for handling client requirements, coordinating with field and telecalling teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Tamil language proficiency is mandatory, as the role involves regular coordination with Tamil-speaking respondents, vendors, and field teams.
Project Coordination
Manage end-to-end execution of market research projects
Understand project briefs and translate requirements into execution plans
Coordinate with internal teams including telecallers, field staff, analysts, and operations teams
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards
Supervise telecalling and fieldwork teams
Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress
Track attendance, productivity, and performance of temporary staff
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and vendors
Act as a point of contact for project-related communication
Share regular updates, progress reports, and escalations with clients
Handle client queries and coordinate approvals when required
- Field & Survey Operations
Coordinate field interviews, recruitment, and respondent management
Ensure proper execution of surveys and data collection processes
Monitor project quality and troubleshoot operational challenges
Language & Communication Support
Conduct conversations and coordination in Tamil when required
Support regional language projects and respondent interactions
Assist in translation or validation of scripts/questionnaires if needed
- Reporting & Documentation
Maintain project trackers and status reports
Prepare daily and weekly project updates
Ensure proper documentation of project activities and closures
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good understanding of fieldwork and telecalling operations
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Problem-solving and team handling ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
Fluent in Tamil (Speak, Read, and Write)
2–3 years of experience in market research, operations, project coordination, or related field
Comfortable working from office
Strong follow-up and execution skills
Experience in handling market research or survey projects
Experience managing temporary or freelance teams
Knowledge of regional market operations
Familiarity with survey tools and reporting systems
