About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team on-site in our Surat office. We are looking for a visual storyteller who bridges the gap between traditional design principles and modern AI capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts that communicate our brand’s message. You will leverage industry-standard software alongside emerging AI tools to accelerate ideation, push creative boundaries, and deliver high-quality assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality digital and print designs, including marketing materials, social media creatives, branding assets, and presentations.
- Integrate generative AI tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar) into your daily design workflow to enhance productivity and creative output.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaigns from initial concept to final execution.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your creative process and final outcomes.
- Core Software Mastery: Highly proficient in any of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW.
- AI Integration: Demonstrated experience or a strong willingness to utilize AI image generation and design-assist tools in a professional environment.
- Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and a collaborative mindset.
