Position: HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through various platforms such as job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM (HR) or Graduate with relevant recruitment experience.
Preferred for Recruitment Consultancy/Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, sales, and support function recruitment.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills with clients and candidates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
