About the Role
We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help grow our brand across multiple social media platforms. If you're passionate about content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging posts using AI and design tools
- Plan monthly content calendars
- Write captions and optimize posts for maximum reach
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Research industry trends and competitor content
- Track performance and prepare basic analytics reports
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors
- Assist with branding and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and AI tools (preferred)
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn marketing is a plus
Compensation
- First 3 Months (Probation): ₹5,000/month
- After 3 Months: Salary will be reviewed based on performance and can increase up to ₹10,000/month (or higher for exceptional performance).
