Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of all businesses under the Tony Chapel Group, including clinics and other associated companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving business goals, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability across all units. The role requires regular travel between locations, and candidates must be willing to relocate based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all companies, clinics, and business units under the Tony Chapel Group.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication between different departments and locations.
- Monitor business performance, financial targets, and operational KPIs across all entities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers, department heads, and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Analyze business reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Identify growth opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure high standards of customer and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other support functions to achieve organizational objectives.
- Travel regularly between business locations to ensure consistent operational standards and performance.

- Must be willing to relocate and travel extensively as required by the organization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
