We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Operator / CNC Operator to handle machining operations and ensure high-quality production. The candidate will be responsible for operating machines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth production processes.
Machine Operation
- Set up and operate VMC & CNC machines as per drawings and specifications
- Load and unload materials and monitor machining processes
- Ensure smooth machine operations for consistent output
Programming & Setup
- Understand CNC programs, G-code, and technical drawings
- Make basic program adjustments when required
- Perform tool setting and fixture alignment
Quality Control
- Inspect components using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ensure finished products meet required dimensions and standards
Maintenance
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Report technical issues to the concerned team
Safety & Compliance
- Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Skills:
- Experience as a VMC or CNC Operator
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations and G-code basics
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with measuring instruments
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Haas control systems
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Teamwork and coordination skills
