We are hiring a Telecalling / Telesales Executive for one of our associated organization. The role involves managing lead follow-ups, driving sales through telecalling, and actively supporting day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling & Sales
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Generate and convert leads into sales
- Maintain accurate lead records and updates
Administrative Activities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and coordination
- Maintain and organize office records and documents
- Support internal team operations and reporting
Social Media & Digital Handling
- Manage social media pages
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Support online presence improvement
E-Commerce Management
- Handle product listings on Amazon & Flipkart
- Monitor orders and customer responses
Accounts Support
- Maintain basic accounts (expenses & revenue)
- Assist in simple financial record keeping
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to multitask efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- Telecalling / Telesales experience
- E-commerce platform handling
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
