Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage staff while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and food cost.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Work towards achieving sales and profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in Malayalam; English, Hindi communication is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
