We are hiring a US Logistics Coordinator for CMT Drayage. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with at least 1 year of experience in US drayage/logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage US drayage shipments from ports to customer locations.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and drivers.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, warehouses, and steamship lines.
- Resolve shipment delays and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
- Ensure on-time delivery while meeting customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US drayage or logistics operations.
- Good understanding of US port operations and container movements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software is preferred.
