We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA freshers specializing in Travel & Tourism Management to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting tour operations, travel planning, customer coordination, and business development activities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide travel-related information, quotations, and itinerary details to clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and other travel partners.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Support sales and business development activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational documentation.
- Stay updated with tourism trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
