We are an established multi-vertical consultancy firm specializing in Study Abroad Counseling, Tourist/Visitor Visa Processing, Fund Show & Financial Documentation, Tour Packages, IELTS/PTE Training, and Visa Appointment Services. As we expand our Pathankot operations, we are looking for a qualified, experienced professional to lead the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all 6 verticals at the branch
- Supervise and mentor a team of counselors, visa executives, and IELTS/PTE trainers
- Ensure SOP compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality control — especially for visa and fund show cases
- Independently handle escalated/high-value client cases and resolve disputes
- Drive branch revenue targets and conversion rates across verticals
- Liaise with universities, airlines, visa centers (VFS/embassy systems), and education partners
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership
- Identify local market opportunities and support marketing/lead generation strategy
- Train and upskill junior staff on process and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing teams in an immigration/visa or study-abroad consultancy (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of visa documentation, fund show requirements, and compliance norms
- Excellent leadership, client-handling, and decision-making skills
- IELTS/PTE industry exposure preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Must be willing to relocate to Pathankot
