Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
