Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily logistics and transport operations across multiple branches. This role ensures smooth functioning of supply chain activities, compliance with food safety standards, and efficient delivery of food items to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Operations Management Supervise and streamline operations across all branches, ensuring consistency in processes and service quality.
- Logistics & Transport Coordination Manage fleet schedules, route planning, and timely delivery of food items while minimizing costs.
- Food Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, cold chain management, and hygiene standards during transport.
- Team Leadership Lead branch managers, drivers, and logistics staff; provide training and performance evaluations.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Monitor stock levels, warehouse operations, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Cost & Efficiency Optimization Implement strategies to reduce operational costs while improving delivery speed and reliability.
- Reporting & Analysis Prepare operational reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements to senior management.
- Customer Service Support Handle escalations related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or service complaints.
- Collect daily reports from all branches and present them to the management.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
