Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve organizational objectives and identify new sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support and recommending profit improvements.
- Sales Cycle Management: Identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize profits.
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to identify product improvements and new opportunities.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members and share best practices.
