Job Title: Supervisor – Finishing
Job Summary:
The Supervisor – Finishing is responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing works on building construction projects, ensuring activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, false ceilings, waterproofing, and joinery works.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain work progress.
- Inspect completed works, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.
- Track daily progress and report project status to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in building construction finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, finishing materials, and quality standards.
Note: Preference shall be given to candidates having relevant experience with construction contractor companies/firms in building construction projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
