Job Description
Shaping Careers Education Society is looking for a qualified and experienced Mobile Handset Repair Trainer to impart practical and theoretical training to students under various Skill Development Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Mobile Handset Repair and Maintenance.
- Deliver practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of training equipment and tools.
- Guide trainees for certification, employment, and self-employment opportunities.
- Coordinate with the training center team for smooth batch operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mobile Repairing, Telecommunication, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant industry/training experience.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience in Skill Development Projects will be preferred.
Skills Required:
- Smartphone Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Chip-Level Repair Knowledge
- Mobile Flashing & Software Installation
- Android & iOS Basics
- Soldering and Testing Techniques
- MS Office & Basic Computer Knowledge
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
