Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to clients
- Conduct site visits and property tours
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain CRM data
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor projects
