- Machine Operation: Setting machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) and loading raw plastic materials into the hopper.
- Quality Control: Inspecting molded parts for defects (e.g., flash, short shots, warpage) to ensure they meet exact specifications.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Clearing jams, performing routine machine cleaning, and reporting major mechanical faults to maintenance teams.
- Monitor process parameters on the injection machines & secondary system, troubleshooting molding problems including but not limited to flash, short shot, dimensional issues etc.
- Strong understanding of plastics processing and hydraulic machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and quality control standards.
- High attention to detail and physical stamina to stand and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹10,872.86 - ₹30,000.00 per month
