Position: HR Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and hiring (screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in performance management and training programs.
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred for many organizations.
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience can apply, depending on the role.
