Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates (BDA). In this role, you will interact with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, provide guidance on suitable learning programs, and support them throughout the enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend appropriate learning programs.
- Explain program features, learning outcomes, and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective learners.
- Follow up with interested candidates and address their queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the overall candidate experience.
