Job Summary
Experience – 6+ years of experience Must have Skills - Microsoft Purview DLP Job Description: • Configure, update, and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP policies and rules based on approved business and compliance requirements.• Work with policy elements including locations, conditions, exceptions, actions, incident reports, alerting, policy tips, user notifications, overrides, rule priorities, and simulation/enforcement modes.• Support DLP implementation across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, endpoints/devices, on-premises file shares, and other supported locations.• Understand and apply policy logic using Sensitive Information Types (SITs), thresholds, confidence levels, exact data match, keyword-based detection, regular expression-based detection, and exceptions as needed for tuning.• Perform policy tuning to improve detection fidelity and reduce false positives and false negatives without causing avoidable business disruption.• Support validation of policy changes through testing, controlled deployments, simulation mode, activity analysis, and stakeholder feedback.• Review policy match behavior against expected logic and confirm whether issues stem from detection design, threshold configuration, supported workload behavior, or platform limitations.• Support Endpoint DLP operations for onboarded Windows 10/11 and supported macOS devices.• Assist in policy scenarios involving audit mode, block with override, removable media, browser/paste controls, service domain restrictions, printer restrictions, cloud app controls, OneDrive auto-quarantine, and network share exception handling.• Troubleshoot endpoint onboarding, device visibility, event reporting, and activity flow into Purview / Activity Explorer as part of operational support.

4. To contribute to a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores by providing fast, accurate, and secure resolutions, fostering customer trust and satisfaction.
5. To proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities to protect customer data and prevent security incidents.
