Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who can generate leads, meet prospective buyers, conduct property presentations and site visits, and successfully close sales of villas and flats. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villas and apartments.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects until successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with developers for inventory availability and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in client meetings and presentations.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Experience selling villas, luxury apartments, or builder floors is preferred.
- Existing client network or channel partner connections will be an added advantage.
