Sales Coordinator – JD
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our freight forwarding sales operations across Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Breakbulk shipments. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal pricing teams, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients to maximize business conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to air, sea, and breakbulk logistics services.
Coordinate with pricing teams to obtain competitive freight rates.
Prepare and send quotations to customers accurately and promptly.
Follow up with clients to increase quotation-to-business conversion rates.
Participate in online tenders, bids, and reverse auctions.
Create and manage enquiries and quotations through internal software/CRM systems.
Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM/ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
