Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate & REST APIs
- Minimum 2+ years of Team Lead experience
- Good knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins & Git
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum & SDLC
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Kafka, JMS, DLQ strategies
- API Gateway & rate limiting
- OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, Pact
- Blue-Green / Canary deployments
