- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance with ISO and GMP standards across the production floor.
- Review and validate production batch records and laboratory data for final product release.
- Lead investigations into process deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain detailed documentation (logbooks, calibration records) to ensure end-to-end product traceability
- Conduct physical and chemical testing on raw materials, in-process intermediates, and finished products (e.g., base oils, lubricants, and refined fractions).
- Ensure laboratory instruments (viscometers, flashpoint testers, chromatographs) are calibrated, maintained, and compliant with testing standards.
