- Coordinate with sales team for daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and coordinate dispatches.
- Handle customer inquiries, calls, emails, and provide sales support.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers/distributors regarding orders, payments, and requirements.
- Maintain and update lead data, follow-up status, and customer records.
- Prepare DSR, ESR, sales MIS reports, target vs actual reports, and management updates.
- Coordinate with accounts and sales team for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain sales documents, agreements, quotations, tender documents, and records properly.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team regarding stock availability and dispatch planning.
- Arrange sales meetings, training schedules, presentations, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Update customer details, lead status, sales data, and follow-ups in CRM/software.
- Track sales targets, dealer targets, and pending closures.
- Coordinate between management, sales team, service team, and customers.
- Support field sales team in travel planning and expense documentation if required.
- Escalate pending issues, complaints, or urgent cases to management.
- B.Tech is mandatory (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination within manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflow and coordination processes.
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Experience with CRM/software handling will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments efficiently.
- Candidates residing nearby Mangolpuri will be preferred.
