Your future duties and responsibilities
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack / IAM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high performance applications. You will work closely with our front end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and maintain Java based applications focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
. Develop and implement secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML) and role based/attribute based access control models.
. Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of IAM applications, including API integrations and identity federation services.
. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects related to authentication flows, access control policies, and identity provisioning.
. Collaborate with cross functional teams (security, infrastructure, application teams) to design and implement secure access solutions and integrate IAM with enterprise applications.
. Participate in code reviews, enforce secure coding practices, and ensure compliance with security standards and IAM best practices.
. Work with directory services (LDAP/Active Directory) and IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, Azure AD) for identity governance and administration.
. Stay up to date with emerging IAM technologies, security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., Zero Trust, GDPR, ISO security frameworks).
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must Have Skills:
Hands on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, or similar.
. Experience integrating IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, or similar) into applications and services.
. Understanding secure coding practices, role based access control (RBAC), and user identity lifecycle management.
. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
. Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
. Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have Skills:
. Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure
. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
. Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
. Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
